One night stay
The reception couldn't understand English well but sent a staff up to clarify, to sort what we needed which is an electric kettle. Breakfast was great! Delicious food which is unexpected. Keep it up!
A basic hotel and it was older than how it was seen from the photos but tat is fine. The shampoo and body wash smelled nice but because the dispenser was a tad bit old and rusty so I didn't use it.

Location, this is the only reason I stay here
I think the problem here is - NOT all staff knows their job. I don’t need to be pampered but when you call yourself as “hotel”, not “daily room rent”, you then should have “ sense of service”. When I was on my way from entrance to hotel lobby, the bellman came right to me and offered me his help on luggage, I felt like “ wow, good service”. But when I was in, I got totally unwelcome environment from two receptionists, one was too busy with her space below counter, don’t know if there was any monitor, but not even looked up to the arrival guest like other hotels did, while one asked me a weird question what I was there for., hello?!?! You should SAWASDEE with smile, and ask if reservation made instead of that. I needed to wait for her to check if Housekeeping finished cleaning the prepared room even I arrived at 2.30 pm, no problem to wait coz it was not that long. While I was waiting for one Receptionist to scan my pass, another one also waited, instead of giving me the Breakfast information ( incl. or not, when, where, how). Everyone was just waiting in the silence until pass returned and got the room key. No information offered on Internet ( how) from receptionist, I knew how from the bellman when he delivered my luggage. No other infos giving by receptionist except asking to pay, and no receipt provided. That’s it. The hostess at Breakfast seemed to concern her job only to ask for room number and collect Breakfast Coupon. Many people at that morning and many seats occupied, the hostess just pointed finger and said “ there, a place”, no escorting was not a problem, but not even said there were seats available outside. For my two nights stay, I only got the smiles and greetings from the only 2 bellmen Khun Eak & Khun Yo, they greeted all guests, smiled to all guests and helped all guests. I got exactly the same experience as my friends who stayed here before and who took their guests to stay here.
